School-Year Enrichment Systems
Give families a weekly club their kids can’t wait for.
Clubs and sports clinics that run once a week for 6 weeks (up to 8), 60–90 minutes per session. Hands-on STEM, creative clubs, and active sports seasons from The Recreation Academy’s catalog.
Sound familiar?
Repeating the same club
Without new options, families stop re-enrolling after one season.
Thin session plans
Week three runs out of ideas and the hour turns into free play.
Rotating instructors
When a leader leaves mid-year, the club has to start over.

Sports clinics
Same weekly format · Skill-building sports seasons
Weekly skill progressions in dribbling, passing, and shooting, ending in a game week.
Positions, routes, and flag pulling, ending in a game week.
Backyard baseball skills: hitting, fielding, and base running.
Dribbling, passing, and shooting build up to small-sided games.
Paddle control, serves, and doubles play.
Bumping, setting, serving, and team games.
A new sport skill each week for well-rounded athletes.
Scheduling tip
Schedule one extra buffer week in case a session must be rescheduled. Rescheduling is a last resort, and families should be told as early in the day as possible, because it makes parents scramble to change plans.
